U can save the pdf files as u save ur word docs or floppy symbol to the left side on the top bar as u know .But cannot edit the pdf files unless and until u have pdf writer in ur system.

2.Go the usual route…Pass USMLE Ste1, 2, CS and 3 (4 exams) and then you are ECFMG certified.Once ECFMG certified you can apply for the match (you can apply for the match with one step passed too but chances are you extremely low for an interview call).
The residency match happens once every year…many sources online…just google ‘the residency match’ and the process is self explanatory with lots of forums on websites like usmleworld.com, kaplan.com,scutwork.com,findaresident.com etc etc
3.My 2 cents most folks in her situation will find OBGYN residency just too much to handle (imagine > 80 hrs/ week for 4 yrs ) after slogging for the exams :rolleyes:
I would also recommend her to look into Physician Assistants programs.She will get a credit considering that she is a physician and she can finish it in 1-1.5 yrs. Work and Lifestyle is good and the money is good too

I would suggest you send separate checks if only to be able to get the case number from the back of them when they are cashed.
The instructions clearly say make check payable to the Department of Homeland Security. I believe if you did write them to the USCIS they will still get cashed but follow the instructions.
You seem to have it all under control. Have confidence in yourself and get the applications sent in.
I think processing dates only matters about if you can do SR. It doesn’t matter if they are going to adjust your I-485. The reason I think this way is based on processing date for EAD and AP. Myself and many people got EAD or AP and our dates are no where close to the date list on processing center. So I think processing center date not really matters if they have your case in hand and ready to adjust.
Maybe when the boss at USCIS thinks CSR are bored, they will adavnce the date to keep them busy with SR.

Interesting. The way I understand this is – EB applicants need not wait for PD to be current to file I-485 application. However, the news article does not give any clear details on the actual processing or its source.
I would definitely prefer an EAD over waiting. Lets see..

I’ve tried ReadSingle(), ReadChar(), Read(), ReadByte(), ReadChars(), ReadInt16, 32, 64, etc etc. The binary file is created by a program called Axys and has to do with stocks and trading them. So I do not have access to their write method.

If you filed it in January you should have a reciept document which should be a date before your old H1-B of 5th feb expires, if you have this you are not considered out of status.
As someone sujested there may be a typo or the I-129 was filed incorrectly or these USCIS people did not really look into the case properly.
Your lawyer can follow up with that reciept notice and H1-B approval and correct the error.
Dont’ Worry, you are safe. Yell at your lawyer if it is his mistake. These lawyers are so untrust worthy these days, they are becomming more money minded.
